Key Responsibilities

  • Process Optimization: Assist in analyzing and improving operational processes within our e-grocery supply chain, focusing on order fulfillment, inventory management, and delivery efficiency.
  • Data Collection & Analysis: Help gather operational data from multiple systems and assist in identifying trends, performance gaps, and areas for improvement.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Support communication and cooperation between teams such as inventory, logistics, and customer service to implement process enhancements that drive operational success.
  • Project Support: Assist in the implementation of small-scale improvement projects, tracking progress and reporting results to ensure that goals are achieved on time and within scope.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in identifying opportunities for cost savings, process simplification, and service improvements that elevate the overall customer experience.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Help prepare reports, process flowcharts, and presentations that communicate findings, recommendations, and improvements to key stakeholders.
  • Learning & Development: Continuously learn about e-grocery industry best practices and contribute fresh ideas to improve operational efficiency.

Kualifikasi

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degrees in any major are welcome.
  • Has 1-2 years of working experience in data analysis, reporting, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets for data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
  • Familiarity, experience, or expertise in SQL for data analysis and reporting is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and identify actionable insights.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • A passion for the e-grocery industry and process optimization.
