Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Conduct operational audits across retail outlets and business units to assess process efficiency and compliance
Review key functions such as inventory/stock opname, sales, logistics, procurement, and customer service.
Analyze data to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.
Prepare audit reports with clear findings and recommendations.
Present insights to management and follow up on corrective actions.
Support audit planning and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Kualifikasi

2-5 years of experience in operational or internal auditing (in retail, FMCG, supply chain, or manufacturing industries).
SMK or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
Familiarity with ISO standards; certification ISO 9001 is a plus.
Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
Willingness to travel for site audits.
