- Provide a clear strategic direction, purpose and leadership to the Sales Support team
- Monitor the accuracy and quality of sales documentation and process, seeking to improve any processes where required
- Continually seek to develop and improve the quality of presentation, tender and any other customer documentation produced within.
- Being the person-in-charge to deliver high quality monthly board reporting and analysis of all data to the Management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- At least 3-5 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Must have excellent communication skills to make sure that all documents are collected by related departments in a timely manner.
- Deep understanding of sales administration processes and have team management exposure
- Fluency in English both written and spoken is a huge plus.
