What you will do
Currently, we are looking for someone who can fill the position of Operation Support. Take a look at some points below to understand more about this role.
Before class:
- Create classes based on the schedule
- Work closely with stakeholder and teachers
- Train the teachers to use Cakap platforms
During class:
- Stream/mirror the class if the tutor using non Cakap platform
- Become a chat admin: welcome message, respond participants chat (comments/complaints), respond to unwanted behavior from the participants and closing message
- Make sure classes running smoothly
After class:
- Create classes reports
- Handling Escalation Issue from B2C
- Listing and Uploading Upskill Video Collection
Kualifikasi
Requirements and specifications
In order to carry out the obligations well, we need someone who has specific knowledge and abilities in a specific area. To make it easier, there are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Communication or a related field
- Minimum 1 year experience working in a similar role
- Fluency in both written and spoken English,
- Proficient knowledge of time management, and standard office practices and procedures,
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal,
- Strong people skills and excellent phone etiquette,
- Outstanding organizational skills,
- Tech-savvy.
