Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Monitoring and reporting on daily operations problem and solving precisely and quickly.
- Responsible to translate the SOP in required languages and oversee the SOP operation process with superior.
- Ensuring and conveying internal management policies, requests, and plans so that they can be realized properly.
- Monitoring the implementation of the verification process, constraints on operational management, system constraints, and third party vendors daily.
- Ensuring the operational projects and data entry for daily operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any major.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Fluent in Mandarin is a must (Both verbal and written).
- Understand basic knowledge of Finance or Banking industry.
- Have the ability to use Microsoft Office (Especially Microsoft Word and Excel).
- Have good communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
