Role Description
As an Operations Manager at GoVisa, your primary responsibility will be to ensure smooth execution of visa processing services by maximizing the potential of all operation teams at GoVisa. This role involves managing various teams, ensuring compliance with company policies, optimizing workflows, and leading initiatives that enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage visa processing operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services.
- Develop, implement, and monitor operational processes and workflows.
- Lead various departments (e.g., account management, document management, field agent) to ensure seamless coordination.
- Identify and address bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the operations, suggesting improvements.
- Prepare reports and performance analyses to track operational performance.
- Manage team performance, providing training, coaching, and feedback where necessary.
- Monitor budgets, resources, and ensure cost-effectiveness in operations.
- Ensure the availability of necessary tools and technology for efficient operations.
Kualifikasi
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an operations management role, preferably within the visa, travel, or immigration industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
