Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for all operational aspects of initiatives within the organization, including establish strategic plan and goals by identifying end-to-end product operations management, customer monitoring needs and feedback, success rate program by work with product, operations, technical, and engineering teams
- Fully responsible for key technical issues, and prioritize product change requests based on issue volume, members impacted, revenue impact, and other relevant metrics.
- Responsible for an important role in planning and implementing product operation processes according to SOP standards, for the development, efficiency and revision of product features
- Management of a team of full-time expertise to deliver on critical elements of Product Quality monitoring and execution
- Managing a large contingent workforce for bug and routing to technical and product team, including SLA’s, quality and capacity management
- Engaging with product stakeholders to manage demand and further optimize the quality of product
Kualifikasi
- Min 7+ years work experience for Operation roles, including Product Operation, Business Operation, Operation Management, IT Business Operation, IT Product Operation, Process Optimization or equivalent, with managerial level
- Experience in bringing products from concept through the IT product operations lifecycle
- Knowledge of IT solutions, business integration, and digital transformation
- Experience working cross-functional collaboratively with product, project management and technical engineering team, and experience working across multiple functions and projects
- Has experience to develop product standard operating procedure, manage product data center team, deployment team, and customer experience team
- Experience driving complex projects or programs with several competing stakeholders, ideally in a software development, software launch readiness role or technical product
- Experience in gathering business insights and identifying trends from data, implement strategic solutions including combination of data from multiple sources and stakeholders
