Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  1. Collaborate with team leader and other divisions to coordinate and execute study abroad mentoring programs.
  2. Support study abroad mentors and students by addressing inquiries related to mentoring processes.
  3. Assist study abroad mentors to ensure the readiness of learning platform.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date academic records and data.
  5. Contribute to the improvement of operational workflows within study abroad mentoring program.
  6. Help to create a positive learning environment for students and study abroad mentors.
  7. Conduct a quality control process to mentoring sessions and report it to team leader.
  8. Stay updated with trends in study abroad and suggest innovative ideas for continuous improvement.
  9. Other necessary tasks as assigned by the leader, within the scope of study abroad program operation.

Kualifikasi

  1. S1/D4 graduate from all majors.
  2. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
  3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  4. Excellent communication skills to work in a diverse environment.
  5. Knowledge of online learning tools, academic management principles, and Mentee evaluation methods.
  6. Understanding of operational processes and best practices in operations management.
  7. Knowledge about scholarships and study abroad is a plus point.
  8. Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate data.
  9. Proficiency in computer applications such as Google Docs, Zoom, Google Meet, Google Classroom, Excel, etc.
  10. Ability to adapt quickly.
  11. Have a passion for education.
  12. Knowledge about scholarship is a plus point.
  13. Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and different working hours.
