Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Support the Academic Operations team in coordinating and executing study abroad mentoring programs.
- Assist in responding to inquiries from mentors and students regarding the mentoring process.
- Help ensure the readiness and functionality of online learning platforms (Google Classroom, Zoom, etc.).
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date academic records and data.
- Participate in quality control checks for mentoring sessions and report to the team leader.
- Contribute to improving operational workflows within the study abroad program.
- Help create a positive and supportive learning environment for students and mentors.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in study abroad and suggest ideas for improvement.
- Perform other relevant tasks as assigned by the team leader within the scope of study abroad program operation
Kualifikasi
- Undergraduate student (min. 4th semester) or fresh graduate or recent graduate from any major.
- Not participate in volunteering/KKN/PKL/other internship activities during the internship program
- Passionate about education and study abroad topics.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to work in a diverse environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate data.
- Proficiency in Google Meet and Google Workspace.
- Ability to adapt quickly.
- Have a passion for education.
- Knowledge about scholarship is a plus point.
- Ready to work flexible hours, including morning, afternoon, or evening shifts based on the team's needs.
