Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Analyze operational processes and systems to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Plan, execute, and oversee initiatives focused on process optimization, waste reduction, and operational efficiency.
Utilize data analysis and metrics to assess current performance, identify trends, and develop insights that inform improvement projects.
Work closely with departments such as production, logistics, customer service, and quality assurance to align on improvement initiatives and implement changes.
Train teams on new processes, tools, and best practices to ensure successful adoption of improvements and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational efficiency, quality, and cost savings.
Create comprehensive reports on improvement project outcomes, including progress updates, achieved efficiencies, and areas for further optimization.
Address operational issues as they arise, conducting root cause analysis to develop and implement solutions.

Kualifikasi

Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, continuous improvement, or process optimization, with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI) to drive performance insights.
Expertise in process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
Project management skills with experience leading cross-functional projects from inception to completion.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various teams and present findings to leadership.
Problem-solving skills to address and resolve operational inefficiencies.
Familiarity with process mapping, workflow analysis, and best practices in continuous improvement.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects and priorities.
Experience with change management and team engagement to support new process adoption.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
