- Operational Monitoring & Support
- Assist in tracking and monitoring key operational processes such as deposit, registration, withdrawal, and escalated customer complaints to identify areas for improvement.
- Collect and review feedback related to current processes and regulations.
- Process Improvement & SOP Review
- Assist in evaluating and refining operational SOPs to improve efficiency and compliance.
- Support the implementation of new procedures and standards for operational workflows.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Generate periodic performance reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Final-year student or fresh graduate (Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields).
- Internship experiences in Process Improvement, Operational Excellence, Strategy, or Data is a plus.
- Detail-oriented & organized
- Proficient in Google Workspace especially Excel/Google Sheets, flowcharts design tools, including data tracking, reporting, and visualization flow.
- Willing to work in shifts.
- Onsite (hybrid) position in Batu, Jawa Timur, with willingness to travel if required.
