Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvements, specifically on improving conversion rates
- Establish the development and execution of procedures, standards and initiatives for the operational process.
- Lead project and initiatives that result in better leads conversion and frontliner productivity.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure the successful implementation of projects or initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics
- Fresh graduates, or in the last years of university study with internship experiences in Process Improvement, Operational Excellence, Strategy, or Data
- Having good analytical thinking, strong problem solver with solid analytical & quantitative skills, highly data-driven & objective.
- Basic to intermediate SQL or Python is preferred.
- Able to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently.
