- Create frameworks and strategies to organize and achieve project objectives.
- Work closely with senior leadership to support company growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with diverse teams from management to operations for seamless execution.
- Embrace challenges that enhance both soft and hard skills within a dynamic team environment.
Kualifikasi
- Fresh graduates are welcomed from any background!
- Proven record of academic or non-academic achievement
- Able to use analytical and quantitative to solve problem
- Proven leadership material in previous work and/or through extracurricular activities when in Universities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently
- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing – in English and Indonesian
