- Create and send quotations to customers
- Responsible for purchase order processing and sales order release
- Liaise with the Sales department to ensure timely deliveries
- Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
- Maintain and update sales and customer records
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally
- Coordination and consolidation with batching plant operations
- Handle and resolve complaints from customers
- Actively support sales team by doing call activity to customers to gain new leads
Kualifikasi
- 2 year related working experience as Sales Admin or any administrational role
- Must have experience working in a telemarketing or customer service role
- Familiar with Ms. Excel
- Meticulous and good attention to details
- Good communication & Good personality
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to be placed at Legok, Tangerang and able to join ASAP
