Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Surpass the monthly sales target on TikTok channel and earn maximum profit margins for the organization
- Responsible to handle end-to-end live stream operations across the online channel
- Develop best practices for online sales in TikTok to ensure the target achieved
- Lead and oversee the live stream team in the day-to-day operation
- Explore and plan campaign strategies that align with the current trends in order to drive the company GMV
- Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity, and reliability
- Prepare annual performance review and reevaluate processes
- Ensure the live stream team complies with company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
- Manage budget to align with goals of the business
Kualifikasi
- Female
- Bachelor's degree in any major
- Have min. 2-years experience in a related role (used to work with influencers or agencies is preferred)
- Experience in building and managing a team from scratch
- Fluent in English, both speaking and written
- Able to speak Mandarin is preferred
- Strong analytical skills, a data-driven person, and proficient with Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- Comfort working with multiple groups within the business
- Able to join asap and follow WFO policy
