Deskripsi Pekerjaan

1. Content Management:

  • Manage and curate product categories and collections to ensure a seamless browsing experience.
  • Regularly update product listings, descriptions, and visuals to maintain accuracy and appeal.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align product content with promotional campaigns.

2. Promotions and Campaigns:

  • Plan and execute online promotions, flash sales, and seasonal campaigns to boost traffic and conversions.
  • Highlight key products through banners, featured sections, and personalized recommendations.
  • Track and analyze the performance of campaigns and promotions, adjusting strategies as needed.

3. Data-Driven Merchandising:

  • Analyze customer behavior, sales data, and website traffic to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Use insights to optimize product placement, pricing, and promotional strategies.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead in market trends and user expectations.

4. Collaboration:

  • Work closely with product, marketing, and design teams to ensure cohesive and impactful content.
  • Coordinate with inventory management to ensure product availability aligns with promotions.
  • Partner with customer service to understand user feedback and address concerns proactively.

5. User Experience Optimization:

  • Ensure that product pages are visually appealing, easy to navigate, and optimized for mobile and desktop.
  • Test and implement new features or tools to enhance the online shopping experience.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, e-commerce, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in online merchandising, e-commerce, or digital marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and CMS tools.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for detail and trends in online retail.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
