We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Course Instructor to join our team on a contract basis. This is a fully remote position, perfect for individuals with 1-3 years of experience looking to contribute their expertise to engaging educational content. As an Online Course Instructor, you will be instrumental in developing and delivering high-quality online courses. You will craft compelling course materials, facilitate interactive learning experiences, and ensure student success through effective engagement and assessment strategies. Kualifikasi
- 1-3 years of experience in online course instruction or a related educational field.
- Proven ability in Content Creation and Curriculum Development for online learning environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in Instructional Design principles and best practices.
- Excellent Communication Skills, including strong Presentation Skills for online delivery.
- Experience with Learning Management System (LMS) Administration and Online Teaching & Facilitation.
- Knowledge of Student Engagement Strategies and Assessment & Evaluation Methods.
- Subject Matter Expertise in a relevant field (to be specified per course).
- Bachelor's degree in Education, a relevant subject, or equivalent practical experience.
