Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Create strategies & guidelines and carry out monitoring related to budget management and preparation of promotional programs.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for offline channels that align with company objectives to expand customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients or partners and external parties, such as distributors.
  • Analyze, monitor, and develop strategies to add to the achievement of distribution.
  • Reviews and analyzes sales and operational records and reports; uses data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new markets.
  • Work closely with the product, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Provide feedback to product development based on client and market insights.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in any major.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Experience in FMCG, B2B, or retail, is preferred.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets on offline channels.
  • Good in Communication, Interpersonal, Organizational, and Negotiation Skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and manage sales activities.
  • Language skills : English (Conversational), Mandarin is a plus.
