- Suggest and execute offline marketing plans to align with overall company objectives.
- Train and maintain offline manpower for improving results and productivity.
- Listing potential locations of housing and community for upcoming activity.
- Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders (creative, social media, merchandising and growth team).
- Monitor the performance of offline activity and optimize strategies based on results.
- Work closely with commercials to understand offline needs and goals.
- Allocate and manage marketing POSM for offline-specific activities.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in Offline Marketing or a related role.
- Strong understanding of Moms behavior and Community
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience in measuring campaign effectiveness.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- The capacity to use Excel's functions, features, and formulas to organize, analyze, and adjust data.
