Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for leading and managing daily operation, facilities & business units.
- Take care of facility management and maintenance, office supplies, cleaning, and office management.
- Complete project management experience such as workplace search, area expansion, decoration, renovation, relocation and termination of workplace lease.
- Carry out execution and supervision related to equipment service, maintenance and repair.
- Managing fixed assets procurement and its maintenance.
- Fulfilling logistics needs for social event, corporate events and workshops collaborate with HR team and other related team.
- Responsible for business reception, daily communication with the property department of the building and solving difficult problems or things that happen suddenly.
- Managing expatriate accommodation such as residential, visa process and other thing related to their arrival in Jakarta.
- Ensure petty cash disbursements are in accordance with valid evidence and are not misused.
- Maintaining good relationship and negotiate with vendors.
- Manage work schedule/shift of Office Boy/Girl, Security and Helper.
- Manage monthly reports according to the given deadline.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree from any major.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as General Affair Lead or any related title.
- Great communication skill with fluency in English is a must.
- Able to operate Ms. Office tools.
- Have experience of annual administrative expenses.
- Have a background from Office Management Services is preferred.
