- Schedule and open Zoom sessions according to the calendar.
- Create breakout rooms as scheduled in the calendar.
- Move mentors and students to their respective breakout rooms.
- Inform students waiting in the main room (Rename, waiting, please enter).
- Record sessions held in the main room.
- Ensure that students' essay links are correct (Gdrive).
- Remind students to upload essays via email.
- Send reminders about student schedules via email.
- Ensure each mentor fills out the student progress report in the spreadsheet.
- Compile a schedule recap for students in the spreadsheet.
- Distribute event recordings and materials to participants (Via Zoom/email/Gdrive).
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in operating Zoom and Google Calendar.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and platforms.
