Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Identify, analyze, and resolve problems involving network connectivity, application performance, and security
- Analyze network, application, and infrastructure issues, diagnosing both hardware and software problems
- Work on diverse, complex, and constantly shifting technologies
- Ensure that network availability and performance is at an optimum level
- Maintain computer systems and provide support for users
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems
- Proactively seek out new ideas and methods to improve
- Work independently, as well as in a team environment
- Perform testing through remote environment (from HQ)
- Install hardware and/or software with necessary firmware from HQ (if needed)
- Perform system analysis, problem resolution and network optimization
- Actively reports to internal and external team members
Kualifikasi
- Proficiency in using network monitoring software such as ( SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios, Zabbix, Cacti,etc)
- In-depth Knowledge of common network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP,OSPF,RIP,DNS,DHCP,SNMP and HTTP)
- familiar with configuration and maintenance router,switch, access point,and load balancers (Mikrotik, Juniper, Unifi, Cambium, Cisco)
- Understanding fundamentals of wireless network (Frequency, Channel, wireless security)
- 2+ years experience in systems engineering or network management
- Prior experience maintaining and managing Cisco routers, switches, firewalls and access points
Additional Qualifications:
- Network Certificate (MTCNA, CCNA)
- Understanding of fiber optic, Vsat, Cellular Network
