As a New Product Development Admin, you will:
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records for all new product development projects and sample, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Coordinate the logistics of product testing, including sending out samples to testers, and tracking feedback.
- Monitor and track inventory of product samples and ingredients used in the development process.
- Prepare regular progress reports and status updates on product development timelines and key milestones.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative roles (experience within the beauty or cosmetics industry is a plus).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Google Workspace
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, manage deadlines, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to build relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders, including suppliers and vendors
- Willing to work from the office (WFO) in South Jakarta.
