Act as a Network Engineer to perform corrective and preventive maintenance support of complex IT network infrastructure.
Create and propose solution proposals for any project in the network area.
Perform a Proof-of-Concept Network Solution.
Perform network troubleshooting and maintenance.
Prepare technical documentation.
Mentor junior team members, aiding in their professional development.
Willing to work outside working hours to support the 24X7 helpdesk team at the office.

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, or other related disciplines.
Minimum 2 years of experience related to network infrastructure is a must.
Willing to work from the office (WFO) in South Jakarta.
Advanced knowledge in Routing, Switching, BGP, MPLS, and Network Security.
Experience in handling several projects/maintenance of network infrastructure.
Experience with Cisco and/or Huawei, Fortinet products, and internet networks.
Preferably have a certification in Huawei, CCNA, MTCNA, or equivalent.
