Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Performing design and technical implementation for network & security products.
- Provide technical support to customers through on-site or remote troubleshooting.
- Propose technical solutions based on customer requirements or issues.
- Documentation and reporting to superior and/or customer.
- Proactively monitor and analyze network performance to detect and resolve issues.
- Build good communication & relationship with both internal and external.
- Create a well-built team environment with an open communication culture.
- Delegate tasks and set deadlines to the engineers.
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Engineering (Computer/Information Technology) or Japanese Literature similar field.
- At least 1 year of working experience IT Company.
- Japanese language minimum N2 level/Intermediate communicative level.
- Fluent in English and Japanese is a must.
- Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
- Prefer to understand and experience one of the basic IT.
- Networking: Basic TCP/IP, routing, and switching protocols, network security.
- Microsoft basic server: Win Server, prefer to understand command (Curl, Tail, Grep Netstat, Isof, chmod), prefer to understand crond, Linux based server, active directory.
- Cloud: Prefer to understand AWS, prefer to understand Azure.
