Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Support Preventive & Corrective Maintenance for Checkpoint, Cisco, PaloAlto, McAfee, Fortinet & TrendMicro
Including reporting, documentation, and standby monitoring.
Provide first-level troubleshooting and support on system issues and follow up proactively with internal or external parties for issue resolution progress
Ability to place clients at the forefront of all interactions, understanding their requirements, and creating a positive client experience throughout the total client journey

Kualifikasi

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in IT/Computing (or demonstrated equivalent work experience)
Experience: 3 years experience or above
Experience working in Banking & Financial Services Industry
Experience of Managed Services
Experience working with vendors and/or 3rd parties
Familiar implementation security system with a Checkpoint, Cisco, PaloAlto, McAfee, Fortinet & TrendMicro
Preq. Knowledge: Have a good knowledge for fundamental networking areas. OSI Model, Data Link, Network, Transport and Application Layers, Switching & Routing, Load Balancing, Security and Application Delivery Platforms
Having Network certification (CCNP or equivalent certification)
Certifications relevant to the services provided (certifications carry additional weightage on a candidate’s qualification for the role)
