Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Performing design and technical implementation for network & IT security solutions.
- Provide technical support to customers through on-site or remote troubleshooting.
- Propose technical solutions based on customer requirements or pain points.
- Proactively monitor and analyze network performance to detect and resolve issues.
- Develop good relationships with both internal and external teams.
- Documentation and reporting to superior and/or customer.
Kualifikasi
- Graduated from a reputable university majoring in Computer Science or Information Technology with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Having a minimum 1-year experience as Network Engineer
- Having related Certifications: CCNP, FCP
- Good command of Business English in both verbal and non-verbal setting
- Able to handle Layer 2, 3, and 4 Configuration & Troubleshooting
- Having the capability to handle Layer 5,6,7 are highly preferred
- Ability to analyze network traffic is mandatory.
- Good understanding of OSI Layer and TCP/IP network.
- Good understanding of networking technology and products such as routing, switching, and security.
