- Hunt for the potential clients.
- Offer solutions to business partner needs through integrated JAS products/services.
- Maintain relationships and secure contract renewals.
- Broaden current B2B contract by up-sell with new products or services and widening nationwide coverage.
- Coordinate with the operational team to ensure SLA deliveries meet committed service quality.
- Collecting market information.
- With the lead of the Business Acquisition Manager/Head, review the effectiveness of strategies development together with Corporate Planning & Strategy and Business Development team and propose the optimal alignment or transformation if needed.
- Have an interest in the Financial and Budgeting concept.
- Strong commercial acumen with conflict resolution skills.
- Computer literate & fully proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Competences in taking initiatives, influencing, interacting, and a strong sense of confidentiality.
- Ability to manage and drive a wide range of diverse issues.
- Bachelor in Marketing, Management, Industrial Relationship, PR, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in Matrix Organization is a plus.
