Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on complex IT network infrastructure
- Design and implement wide-area and enterprise network infrastructures
- Conduct network troubleshooting, monitoring, and optimization
- Manage and maintain network devices, firewalls, and routing systems
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including network diagrams and configurations
- Support 24×7 helpdesk operations, including availability to work outside regular working hours when required
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure network stability and service continuity
Kualifikasi
- Experience with Cisco WS-C2960, Huawei S6700, or equivalent network devices
- Strong experience with Layer 2 switching, including all modes with emphasis on stacking configurations
- Experience with Fortigate 500D, Mikrotik CCR, or equivalent firewall and routing devices
- Strong knowledge of Layer 3 networking, including BGP, Leased Line, and IPsec VPN
- Hands-on experience with: Mikrotik, Fortigate, BGP, Microsoft Office (documentation and reporting)
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong motivation and willingness to learn
- Demonstrates good attitude, professionalism, and responsibility
- Willing to support operational needs outside standard working hours
