Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Teach General English and/or IELTS based on the provided curriculum.
- Monitor and support students’ learning progress.
- Provide student progress reports and feedback.
- Coordinate with the program team to ensure a smooth learning process.
- Adapt teaching materials and learning activities based on students’ needs when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Native English speaker.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1/D4).
- Minimum 3 years of IELTS teaching experience.
- TESOL/CELTA certification is a must.
- Experience teaching EFL/ESL students.
- Strong knowledge of IELTS teaching methodology and test structure.
- Familiar with recent IELTS developments and question types.
- Strong communication, teaching, and time-management skills.
- Adaptable, communicative, and willing to learn.
- Familiar with Google Workspace and LMS is a plus.
Work Arrangement
- Onsite
- Working hours:
Monday–Thursday: 08.00–17.00 WIB
Friday: 07.30–16.30 WIB
- Class size: approximately 15–20 students
