  1. Develop and implement sales strategies
  2. Manage sales target
  3. Build and maintain relationships with key customers
  4. Train and develop sales team members
  5. Motivate and inspire the sales team to achieve success
  6. Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement
  7. Report on sales performance to Director

Kualifikasi

  1. Minimum bachelor's degree in sales, business administration or a related field
  2. 3+ years of experience in sales management (Area Sales Manager)
  3. Preferably have experience in food industry
  4. Able to work under pressure
  5. Strong understanding of the sales process
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
