- Sales Target Achievement: Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Proposal Development: Create and present customized solutions to meet client logistics needs.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities to drive business growth.
Kualifikasi
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in logistics or supply chain services.
Skills:
- Communication: Strong negotiation and presentation skills to build rapport with clients.
- Sales Strategy: Ability to create effective sales plans and adapt to client requirements.
- Analytical Thinking: Data-driven approach to identifying opportunities and tracking performance.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and logistics management systems.
