We are seeking a talented and creative Multimedia Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team at KUMPUL. As a Multimedia Marketing Associate, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing engaging multimedia content and marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience. Your creativity, technical skills, and understanding of the startup and entrepreneurial ecosystem will be crucial in helping us enhance our brand presence and achieve our marketing goals.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Communication Strategies: Collaborate with the Program Team to develop effective campaign communication strategies.
- Creative Concepts: Generate main concepts, key visuals, and promotional materials for various campaigns and events.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency in style, fonts, images, and tone within brand guidelines.
- Social Media Content: Produce engaging social media content for promotions, programs, and events, especially focusing on video editing.
- Branding Strategies: Create and implement effective branding strategies for social media platforms.
- Campaign Planning: Collaborate with the Program Team to develop comprehensive campaign plans.
- Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into creative concepts.
- Video Editing: Utilize Adobe Premiere or other video editing tools to enhance multimedia content.
- Media Formats: Develop ideas and concepts that align with various media formats.
- Communication: Demonstrate outstanding communication skills to convey creative concepts effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in Brand Marketing, Agency, Startup, or a related field.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Startup & Entrepreneur Ecosystem in Indonesia (experience in this area is a big plus).
- Language Skills: Fluent in English, both oral and written (preferred).
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Premiere or other video editing tools (a plus).
- Creative Skills: Ability to develop ideas, concepts, and trends across various media formats.
- Portfolio: Strong portfolio/showreel showcasing graphic design, social media, and video content for social media.
- Design Tools: Proficient in Figma or other design tools.
- Teamwork: Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Communication: Outstanding communication skills.
