Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Bertanggung jawab untuk memimpin dan mengelola bengkel di cabang Astra Daihatsu.
- Bertanggung jawab untuk memastikan semua proses bengkel di cabang berjalan lancar sesuai SOP.
- Bertanggung jawab untuk memastikan cabang mencapai target unit entry.
Kualifikasi
- S1 Fakultas Teknik (Teknik Mesin, Elektro, Teknik Industri, atau jurusan lainnya yang relevan).
- Fresh graduate atau maks. 2 tahun pengalaman kerja.
- Memiliki passion untuk bekerja di industri otomotif dan berambisi menjadi pemimpin.
- Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh Indonesia.
- Memiliki keterampilan interpersonal, komunikasi, dan kepemimpinan yang baik.
- Memiliki naluri bisnis dan orientasi mencapai target.
