Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and market share.
- Collaborate with the internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Participate in cross-functional training and contribute to various business operations to gain a holistic understanding of the company.
Kualifikasi
- Min. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
- 1–3 years of work experience, preferably in business development or sales roles.
- Proficient in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a business-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on challenging tasks.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
