- Responsible to continuously increase profitability of mixed-hub business.
- Implementing New Offtaking Possibility in nation-wide mixed hub.
- Implementing new Waste Processing Technologies in nation-wide mixed hub.
- Responsible to ensure nation-wide mixed hub operations run efficiently and solve problems occur within it.
- Strategically responsible for higher level external meetings regarding mixed-hub business.
- Responsible to ensure Waste Hub Dashboard run accurately.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing operations in a waste or production factory.
- Eager to Learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Data Analyst: Skilled in Excel for data processing and systematic, data-driven decision-making.
- Effective Communicator: Open to feedback, capable of admitting errors, and communicates clearly across all levels.
- Strategic & Delegator: Able to formulate operational strategies and effectively delegate tasks.
- Problem Solver: Strong in analyzing complex issues and executing decisive solutions.
