Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Analyze Mitra churn and retention trends by location to identify improvement areas.
- Design and execute Mitra engagement programs such as loyalty, rewards, and refreshment/treatment initiatives.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and refresh Mitra training curriculum as needed.
- Carry out Pre-Test, Post-Test, and Trainer Satisfaction evaluations to measure training effectiveness.
- Review KPI and performance data to assess program impact.
- Maintain and update Pulse Check trackers to monitor engagement and satisfaction.
- Build and manage dashboards for churn, engagement, and satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate and communicate closely with Ground Operations and Process Excellence (PX) teams to align initiatives.
- Review existing engagement and training programs regularly to identify pain points and improvement opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred; other fields are welcome if supported by relevant experience and strong analytical ability.
- 3+ years of experience in employee engagement, workforce analytics, or learning & development roles.
- Solid understanding of TNA, curriculum management, and training evaluation (pre/post-test, trainer feedback).
- Strong data analysis and dashboard/reporting skills (Excel, Google Data Studio, Power BI, or similar).
- Background working with blue-collar or warehouse workforce is highly preferred.
- Excellent project and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Willing to work on-site and mobile across hub and warehouse locations (Dry or Fresh/Frozen).
- Preferably experienced in Logistics, Ride-hailing, or Fulfillment industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect data insights to actionable engagement strategies.
