Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Develop overarching content plans, concepting big ideas for campaigns.
Writes, designs (basic), produces video, and manages various formats for digital and social media (no events).
Work closely with Marketing & Sales to translate commercial strategies into impactful content
Design and deliver key visuals (KV) and assets for social media and marketing materials.
Develop engaging graphics, feed posts, thumbnails, and stories for company social media platforms (Instagram & Website only).
Maintains consistent brand messaging and tone across all channels.

Kualifikasi

Strong writing, editing, and storytelling.
Understanding of social media, and content marketing.
Proficiency with modern design/multimedia tools (e.g., Adobe, Canva, CapCut).
Strategic thinking and ability to translate insights into ideas.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced working environment.
(plus) Experience with AI creative tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Suno, etc.).
(plus) Understanding of B2B enterprise software or Indonesian business corporate culture.
