Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Proactively identify, approach, and acquire new merchants to join the cashUP ecosystem.
- Build strong pipelines through cold calling, field visits, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct in-depth needs analysis and propose tailored payment solutions that drive merchant growth.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and clearly communicate value propositions.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals to achieve monthly & quarterly targets.
- Maintain long-term relationships with merchants to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Onboarding, Risk, Ops) to ensure smooth merchant activation.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights to improve acquisition strategy.
- Handle merchant inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain excellent service standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Merchant Acquisition (preferably in fintech, banking, or payment industry).
- Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable with field sales activities and meeting merchants directly.
- Target-oriented, self-driven, and able to work independently.
- Good understanding of digital payment solutions is a plus.
- Willing to be placed and mobile across Bali area.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
