Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and implement in-store displays to enhance brand image and drive sales performance.
- Adjust display plans according to promotional activities to ensure optimal product presentation.
- Monitor display effectiveness, conduct regular spot checks and evaluations, and optimize display strategies.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure the smooth execution of display plans.
- Create visual merchandising guidelines and train store staff.
- Participate in market research and analyze competitors' display strategies.
Kualifikasi
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Advertising Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or other related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in POSM (Point of Sale Material) management, visual merchandising, or marketing support.
- Having experience in the beauty industry is a strong asset.
- Experienced in coordinating with factories or vendors; knowledge of printing or material production processes is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and possessing a strong sense of aesthetics.
