Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Maintain the accuracy between QOH and the system.
- Conduct an annual stock take.
- Reconcile J0 between sales, returns, and stock.
- Manage the assortment portfolio and life cycle within the season, incorporating channel financial expectations.
- Conduct in-season management to optimise marketplace and Levi.co.id performance.
- Evaluate and manage inventory health, improving plan accuracy.
- Perform business performance and trend analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Act as a key partner between cross-functional parties: be a key point of contact for organisation and trade activities related to inventory, connecting with the LSI Commercial team, Trading Ops team, and Sirclo warehouse/inventory management, Maersk POC.
- Use inputs from the sizing team, historical performance, and qualitative feedback from retail operations to update allocation parameters and derive size curves by product/store to optimise store/door sell-through.
- Participate in affiliate weekly operation meetings to proactively highlight issues and seek resolution.
- Develop channel parameters (target weeks of cover and model stock) for new items and/or new stores with an established monitoring mechanism (Scorecard).
- Collaborate with Order Management, Distribution, and Logistics to plan operational activities, considering holidays, capacity, and manpower constraints.
- Review store performance and end-of-season performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years of work experience in related field
- Strong analytical skills to interpret meaningful themes from quantitative data
- Ability to articulate key financial measures, and how they are used in key systems/tools.
- Comfort with systems and high proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel & Power point).
- Prior experience with planning solutions (SAS, BI, SAP, etc.) a plus
- Ability to use rigor and logic to solve problems with effective solutions
- Ability to problem solve – both independently, and through strong business partnerships
- Ability to analyze and assess impact of business decisions, both direct and indirect
- Proactively identify business issues and develop creative solutions.
- Consistently prioritize and manage workload and processes to meet objectives
- Ability to build constructive and effective relationships with a broad, diverse group of business partners.
- Ability to influence stakeholders through the delivery of articulate messages, backed by robust analysis.
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to work with diverse teams.
- Ability to adjust communication style to provide information and direction in an effective manner
