Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Maintain and update product information, pricing, and stock availability in internal systems.
- Assist in onboarding new suppliers, ensuring all necessary data is collected and recorded.
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and other administrative documents related to merchandising.
- Monitor inventory levels and flag any discrepancies or stock issues to the relevant team.
- Support promotional activities by collecting promotion agreement and promotion performance data.
- Generate reports on product performance, sales trends, and stock movement.
- Assist with any ad-hoc merchandising tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Kualifikasi
- 1-3 years of working experience in administrative or merchandising roles, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Able to evaluate data and information objectively, question assumptions, and formulate strategies based on in-depth analysis to improve work effectiveness and problem solving.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Good communication skills for coordination with internal teams and external partners.
- Familiarity with ERP or merchandising systems is a plus.
