Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies for bakery products across all stores.
- Develop for new bakery product
- Monitor and manage bakery product displays to ensure optimal presentation.
- Collaborate with the other departments to align merchandising plans with product availability and promotions.
- Analyze sales data to evaluate performance and adjust merchandising techniques for maximum profitability.
- Train and supervise store staff on bakery merchandising standards.
- Ensure all merchandising activities comply with company standards and safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Min. Bachelor Degree from Baking and Pastry Arts or similar
- Min. 3 years Experience as Bakery Buyer in Hotel/Bakery Chain
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser, preferably in a bakery or food-related industry.
- Strong knowledge about basic bakery production
- Have good sense and strong initiative for new product development
- Strong understanding of merchandising principles and visual display techniques.
- Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and sales data.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite.
- Fluent in English
