Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Oversee the procurement of Fresh Goods (Fruits & Vegetables, Meat & Fish) and FMCG products, both imported and local, in alignment with the company’s product range and sales targets.
- Ensure all Fresh & FMCG products meet quality standards while maintaining competitive pricing.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers, build strong partnerships, and negotiate favorable terms to optimize cost efficiency.
- Monitor and manage quality control (QC) processes for procured products to uphold company standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stores, ensuring effective communication and execution of strategies, promotions, clearances, and key focus areas.
- Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports on procurement spending and category performance.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma Degree in any field
- Have experience min. 3 years of experience in merchandiser, purchasing or local buyer roles, preferably in the Retail, Supermarket, or Hypermarket industry.
- Strong understanding of FMCG products, Fresh product, market trends, and consumer preferences.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment, working effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Passionate about buying and sourcing, with a strong understanding of compliance considerations and a commitment to securing market-leading deals.
- Adaptable and resilient, able to work under tight deadlines and navigate changes in the dynamic retail industry.
- Excellent negotiation skills, with a track record of establishing and maintaining positive vendor relationships.
- Highly honest, responsible, proactive, and creative, with a strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in English is a must.
- Willing to temporary work in Semarang.
- Willing to work with high mobility Semarang - Surabaya.
- Domicile in Central/East Java or Surabaya area is prioritized.
