Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Assist in curating and managing product assortments for Vidio Shopping affiliate programs
- Research and stay up to date with the latest e-commerce, lifestyle, and fashion trends to ensure product selections are relevant and attractive to users
- Monitor product performance, availability, and pricing to ensure accuracy and competitiveness
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support campaign execution
- Assist in preparing reports and insights to track product and affiliate performance
- Support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks related to merchandising and affiliate campaigns
- Plan, produce, and optimize engaging, trend-driven creative content (videos, graphics, and copy) to promote product assortments and drive user conversions for the Vidio Shopping Affiliate (VSA) program
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field
- Passionate about online shopping and familiar with e-commerce platforms (advantage).
- Up-to-date with the latest consumer and market trends (especially in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or tech)
- Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset (teliti)
- Agile, proactive, and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
- Ideally in creative, communication, or marketing fields who is highly proactive, creative, fluent in social media trends, and proficient in basic video/graphic editing tools to generate compelling digital content
