Deskripsi Pekerjaan
1.Supervise daily MEP installation works (electrical, HVAC, piping, plumbing, fire protection).
2.Ensure all installations comply with drawings, specifications, and applicable standards.
3.Coordinate with subcontractors, civil, architectural, and interior teams.
4.Monitor progress, prepare daily reports, and support inspection submissions.
5.Assist in testing and commissioning (T&C) of MEP systems.
6.Maintain compliance with site safety (HSE) requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor/Diploma 4 graduate of electrical, electrician and mechanical engineering
- 3–5 years of MEP site experience; factory construction experience is an advantage
- Understanding of relevant MEP, safety, and fire protection regulations.
- Strong drawing interpretation skills, including construction drawings, coordination drawings, and SLDs.
- Familiar with installation standards, ITP/IR procedures, material inspection, and punch list closure.
- Basic knowledge of functional testing
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
