Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Lead MEP project execution for office building renovation. Responsible for managing all aspects of the MEP project, from inception to completion, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to project goals.
Oversee MEP design, planning, and implementation.
Calculate material requirements and prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ)/Rancangan Anggaran Biaya (RAB).
Field supervision and quality control activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, adherence to safety protocols, and maintenance of high-quality standards throughout the MEP installation process.
Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and contractors.

Kualifikasi

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an MEP Engineer.
Expertise in MEP Design, Planning, and Supervision in all aspects of MEP engineering, from conceptual design and project planning to detailed engineering and construction supervision.
Proficiency in CAD Software for Detailed Engineering Drawings.
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and contribute effectively to team goals.
