• Create medical documents for new and existing procedures to guide doctors in accordance with medical standards and clinic requirements.
• Compile and update materials for medical documents and doctor training to enhance doctors' knowledge and skills.
• Organize training activities for clinic doctors, including pre-tests and post-tests, to assess program success and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Develop learning content for doctors, including practical videos and theoretical documents, aligned with clinic needs, industry trends, and marketing focus.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support business goals.
• Coordinate with relevant functions to create comprehensive medical documents for new procedures, ensuring alignment with standards.
• Organize and catalog all medical documents to facilitate easy access when needed in clinic operations.
• Prepare administrative documents for doctor training and provide recaps to clinic leaders, keeping them informed of training schedules, materials, and doctor skills.
