• Develop and standardize medical documentation for both existing and new procedures, aligned with clinic needs and medical standards, enabling doctors to perform treatments consistently and safely.
• Compile and continuously update materials used in medical documentation and doctor training to ensure sufficient knowledge and competency in performing procedures.
• Design and manage training programs for doctors, including the implementation of pre-tests and post-tests to evaluate training effectiveness and ensure doctors meet company standards in both skills and knowledge.
• Create comprehensive learning content for doctors, including practical video demonstrations and theoretical materials, tailored to clinic needs, industry trends, and key procedures aligned with marketing focus.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support the achievement of business objectives.
• Develop medical documentation for new procedures in collaboration with relevant teams, ensuring well-established protocols along with appropriate medical tools and materials, so clinic teams can perform procedures according to standards.
• Ensure all clinic procedures are supported by proper medical documentation and organize these documents systematically for easy access and reference.
• Prepare administrative documents related to doctor training, including training reports and recaps, to keep clinic leaders informed about training schedules, materials, and doctors’ competency levels.
