Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Prepare mediation documents (ID, request letter, power of attorney, and supporting documents).
- Monitor client settlement status and coordinate settlement letter issuance with lenders.
- Send regular reminders for installment and success fee payments.
- Record and follow up on default cases according to SOP.
- Support the implementation of the Mediation Support commission scheme.
Kualifikasi
- Law graduates are preferred.
- Detail-oriented, communicative, and proactive.
- Able to work independently under a commission-based freelance arrangement.
- Open to remote work.
